OPTION 1 – RST model Remote Sensor Kit to control your own choice of Tap Spout |
|
|
You choose the tap spout and we provide a remote sensor kit to control the water. Put your hand in front of the sensor to turn
your tap on. Move out of the sensor’s detection range and the tap will automatically turn itself off again. Adjustable override
period of 1–15 seconds when the tap will stay on after you remove your hand from sensor. Adjustable sensing range. NB: You
MUST ensure that there are no lights shining (or reflecting) directly in to the sensor as this will/could cause "false triggering".

Each kit comes with:
15mm solenoid valve, control box, pre-wired chrome sensor. Battery powered
models come with a battery pack. Mains powered kits come with a separate low
voltage PSU/Transformer unit.
Electrical requirements:
3 amp fused spur can power up to 3 No. sensor kits in a row.
Water pressure:
Suitable for water pressures of 0.5 bar minimum – 8.0 bar maximum. Optional low
pressure solenoid valves available but please call to discuss.

OPTION 2 – Anti-ligature Sensor Kit to control your own Tap Spouts or Showers etc |
|
|
Ideal for police stations, prisons, sports centres, bars, nightclubs etc...
Put your hand within 2"(50mm) of the sensor to turn the tap or shower on for a preset (but adjustable) time period. Ensure
there are no lights shining (or reflecting) directly into the sensor as this could cause false triggering.

Sensor:
This sensor is available with either 38mm or 50mm chrome bezel and comes with 60mm length of ½”threaded tube to fit through panel. Optional
longer thread lengths available if fitting through brick wall. We can also arrange to have the sensor mounted in a box if fitting to a solid wall. If controlling showers you must specify our special waterproof shower sensor.
Each kit comes with:
